The eBay Sold Listings API returns completed sales from eBay US with one parameter: ebaySite=ebay.com. Prices come back exactly as buyers paid them, in USD ($), never converted, so your comps match what sellers in the United States actually see.

ebay.com is the default marketplace, so you can leave ebaySite out entirely. It is the largest market and the best starting point for US pricing tools, repricers, and valuation models.
