Graded card auction prices API: four auction houses, one format

Short answer: none of the big graded card auction houses publish an API for their sold results. The eBay Sold Listings API returns sold results from Goldin, Fanatics Collect, Pristine Auction and MySlabs by keyword, in one JSON format, with the buyer's premium included wherever the house charges one. The same key returns eBay sold listings, PSA prices and population, and TCGplayer sales.

Why compare houses with eBay

The same card and grade can bring very different prices at an auction house and on eBay. Because every price here includes the buyer's premium, you can line up auction results next to eBay sold listings and see where a card really sells best.

Plans

Auction house calls count as one request each on every plan, from the free plan (50 requests a month) to Unlimited ($299 a month). For large card catalogs, the Unlimited plan removes the monthly request count.

Is there an API for graded card auction prices?

Yes. The eBay Sold Listings API returns sold results from Goldin, Fanatics Collect, Pristine Auction and MySlabs by keyword as JSON, with buyer's premiums included.

Do the houses match keywords exactly?

They match loosely, the way their own search boxes do. Check title, grade and year, or add the set, number and grade to the keyword, before using a price as a comp for one exact card.

What about Heritage Auctions?

Heritage sales of PSA graded cards are available through the PSA endpoint with marketplace=heritage. A dedicated Heritage endpoint is not available yet.
