Acceptance
By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The service
We provide programmatic access to public completed eBay sale data. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by eBay Inc. "eBay" is used only to describe the source of the public data.
Acceptable use
Keep your API key confidential; you are responsible for activity under it. Do not exceed your plan's rate limit or attempt to bypass metering, do not resell raw access as your own identical API, and do not use the service for unlawful purposes. We may throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service or threaten its reliability, including sustained use beyond fair-use limits on unlimited plans.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Allowances reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability and data
The data reflects public listings as recorded on eBay and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, and results can change as the source changes. Do not rely on the service as your sole source for decisions with legal or financial consequence.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
